The 8GB of RAM that comes with the laptop is also on the paltry side, but then we are not complaining since RAM sticks can be upgraded easily and they don't cost much too. The RAM in the laptop can cause a bit of frustration, but you can upgrade it with just a bit of money.
I love the fact that they have gone for an SSD and an HDD combo rather than going with a traditional HDD. You will be able to see the performance boost that the SSD provides while gaming. This will be visible only if you install the games on the SSD. Games today are around 100GB (Assassin's Creed Valhalla is around 130GB) and this means you can have only one or two games at a time on your SSD.
The rest of the data you can put on the HDD without caring much.
The touchpad on the laptop supports multi-gesture and is moisture resistant. With a battery life of up to 10 hours, this laptop is a bargain. 10 hours is a lot of time for a gaming laptop with my Alienware giving just around 1 hour on battery.

How to find the best RTX 3060 Laptop?
Since we already have fixed the graphics card, the second most important thing on a gaming laptop is the processor. This is because these are the major components of a laptop that cannot be upgraded. Once you have brought a gaming laptop then you have to live with it till the next laptop.
Though the display, keyboard and all look like parts that cannot be upgraded, you can always buy an external monitor or an external keyboard so you can game without being bothered.
So let's look at what processor to use
Processor
The processor in the laptop needs to be at least an i5 processor though we would strongly recommend an i7 processor. One of the major things to note during looking for processors is the generation. An older generation i7 processor will be considerably slower than a newer generation processor.
The latest generation of processors is the 11th generation. These processors are extremely promising and will not compromise your ability to game for long hours.
Some sellers might try to scam you by selling an older i7 processor (say 8th generation or so) but don't fall for it. Buy at least 10th generation processor as these are relatively newer and offer great gaming performance
Display
There are multiple types of displays available in the market today. FHD displays are the best. Look for IPS displays that offer the best clarity while gaming.
The larger the display the better the viewing experience. We would always recommend an external monitor so that you can be immersed in it while gaming.
If you have no plans of buying an external monitor, 17-inch monitors are the best for gaming. A bigger screen size means a better gaming experience.
Cooling
One of the major issues with stuffing a gaming laptop with a strong processor and graphics card is heating. The laptop should be able to dissipate all the heat easily so that your processor and graphics card remains cool even after long hours of intensive gaming.

This is a timeless classic question and a very important one too. The competition between Intel and AMD to make the best processors had been going on for a long time. And the truth is, sometimes it is Intel who's winning and sometimes AMD.
If you are looking at the current set of processors, the clear winner is AMD. The latest set of processors from AMD are a lot more powerful than their Intel counterparts and also are cheap.
