Buying an RTX rig is one of the greatest dreams of every gamer/content creator. These machines are powerful and provide enough power to make you want to game even more. And cheapest simply doesn't translate into low quality, but simply that every manufacturer is pushing their product more in a highly competitive market.
RTX laptops have definitely gained a lot of fame and it is something they deserve. FOr one thing, the ray tracing technology is so advanced that AMD still hasn't caught up with what Nvidia is doing.
Also, because of their great performance-price ratio, they have been used by a lot of crypto miners leading to a shortage of chips. Nvidia has even gone as far as having a lot of software and hardware changes to prevent people from mining crypto on the cards. But even still the fame is simply mindblowing.
I want to start the article by stating that this list is going to contain a lot of Asus laptops. Asus has taken a great interest in manufacturing RTX laptops and I think that is a move in the right direction for Asus. Also, the laptops are cheap and is easily affordable.

Acer has made some of the best laptops with RTX series graphics cards. The laptop is powered by an i5 processor which is powerful enough to handle most tasks you dare throw at it. The laptop looks great with its RGB backlit keyboard providing enough lights to keep the gamer in you happy.
I have owned one of these for some time and I was pretty happy with everything the laptop had to offer. It doesn't overheat much and doesn't make much noise while gaming. The laptop is powerpacked and offers great value for money.
The 15.6" screen also is a great display with great colour accuracy. It helps keep up a good gaming experience. The trackpad is smooth but you'll need a mouse if your intention is to game.

Nope, this is not the same laptop as above. This is a cheaper one, but that doesn't make this worse than the above one. I love this laptop more than the Intel one for a multitude of reasons. Acer has provided the same gaming experience at a cheaper rate with this laptop.
This one is powered by an AMD processor and that is a great thing. Usually most of the gaming laptop manufacturers prefer having an Intel processor, but not this year. AMD produced processors that are massively better than the Intel counterparts leading to manufacturers such as Alienware making AMD version of every laptop. These laptops are better than the Intel ones and also cheaper.
Acer has gone one step more in making the laptop cheaper by throwing in a 256GB SSD instead of a 1TB SSD, but has made up for the lack of space by providing a 1TB HDD along.

MSI is a manufacturer that is known for its gaming laptops. The laptops produced by MSI are sturdy and offers great bang for the buck. These laptops are excellent for gaming as they produces lesser heat so you can game on them for long periods of time without having to worry about thermal throttling.
The laptop looks great and like a tank. WIth 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, there is little you can ask more for a laptop at this price point. The RTX graphics card is a mini machine which can make your gaming experiences better.
The display provides a refresh rate of 144Hz which makes your gaming experiences lag-free. The display is IPS level thin bezel which provides darker blacks and shadows. The backlight of the keyboard is only red colour which is a minor drawback for an otherwise almost perfect laptop.

I love Asus laptops. They are simply good looking and just ooze quality. Powered by an 11th generation Intel i7 processor, the laptop is really powerful for any use.
The processor is a quad core processor with support for multi threading that makes the thread count go up to 8. One of the things I love about the laptop is the expansion slots provided by the laptop. Of the 16GB RAM, 8GB is soldered to the laptop, but you can upgrade the other 8GB to give the laptop a total of 32GB RAM. You can also upgrade the storage with the additional SSD slot.
The display is a 15.6" display with a resolution of 1920x1080. The display is antiglare helping you work at highly lit conditions such as outdoors. Adaptive sync system for the display helps in better and smoother gaming experiences.

My love for HP stems from the fact that, while all other manufacturers were making laptops that were ridiculously expensive, HP tried their best to bring down the price of laptops with their Omen series of laptops.
The Victus laptop is a different beast altogether. The laptop has great quality that you can feel once you touch the laptop. The full-sized keyboard is a blessing to all those who use their laptops for work. Unlike other gaming laptops, this one has some amount of maturity. When you take this laptop to your office, nobody will think that you're a gamer.
Powered by a Ryzen processor, the laptop has a great amount of power and performance. 16GB of RAM and the 6GB graphics card make gaming a great experience on the laptop. But we would have preferred full arrow keys rather than the small ones which HP laptop comes with. Overall a great package.

The laptop has a great thermal solution that sucks air from the top of the keyboard via copper pipes and this keeps the keyboard area cool while gaming. This thermal design also helps in keeping the laptop cool during gaming and other high load applications which gives it greater performance.
Rapid refresh rates and FHD resolution gives you a detailed gaming experience. With a refresh rate of 165Hz, this is one of the smoothest laptops to game on.

Game shift can be activated by pressing the Game shift key which increases the speed of the fans and gives you a cooling boost.
